Eligibility Criteria
- The Fund will accept applications from nonprofit organizations that are Black-led or based in Black communities in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
- The nonprofit organizations (or their fiscal agents) must be 501(c)3 nonprofits and provide goods or services that directly support Black people and communities.
- The Fund seeks proposals from organizations with the following areas of focus, but will consider other areas of focus as defined by the applicant:
- Arts & culture;
- Economic welfare (job placement, workforce training, etc.);
- Education, recreation and youth;
- Community organizing (non-political) and community service;
- Environment;
- Human services;
- Health and wellness.
