Goals
The goals of this Community Grants Program are to:
- Address significant health inequities within affected communities.
- Implement projects to address community identified needs.
- Maintain collaborative activities with key partners.
Priority Areas
- Advance health equity: address social inequities associated with race, ethnicity, language, sexual and gender identity, cultural norms and/or education to move to a system where every person has the opportunity to attain their full health potential.
- Provide culturally attuned prevention, education and screening: promote knowledge of healthy lifestyles and regular cancer screenings to decrease the prevalence and severity of cancer with a focus on marginalized and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
- Deliver access to affordable and attainable comprehensive care: improve access to high-quality cancer care and wraparound services to improve health.

Projects may ask for up to $15,000 total costs (direct + indirect costs).
