The Community Granting Program is a philanthropic program created by the McCullough-Hyde Foundation that makes investments that address significant health needs of local communities. The Foundation will partner with and provide funding to local organizations that are leading the way to build healthier communities.
The Foundation invites proposals from organizations for programs and projects that focus on education, prevention programs, awareness efforts, wellness opportunities and direct care in the following areas:
- Mental Health
- Alcohol and Drugs Abuse
- Access to Healthcare
- Food Insecurities and Obesity
- Healthy Behaviors

Eligibility Criteria
Organizations that are a 501(c)(3) or other not-for-profit organization located in Butler County, Ohio, Franklin County, Indiana, Preble County, Ohio or Union County, Indiana are encouraged to apply for a Community Grant.
