The CDBG program in Bristol is managed by Economic & Community Development (ECD) staff, and decisions about the award of funds are made by the CDBG Policy Committee of the ECD Board, in accordance with local policies and HUD regulations. All projects are required to comply with Federal DavisBacon Wage Regulations.
