Louisville Metro EAF Funds are awarded annually to non-profit organizations offering programs or services in Louisville/Jefferson County that align with Metro Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods Youth Engagement Services Mission and Strategic Goals.
The YES!, Youth Engagement Services, division of the Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods, works to create a network of groups and services that literally transform social and government systems that systematically repress the diverse youth voice and their rights to live equitably.
The External Agency Funds (EAF) are awarded annually to nonprofits offering programs or services in Louisville/Jefferson County that align with the Mayor’s strategic goals. The competitive grants are available for Social Services programs, administered by the Louisville Metro Office of Resilience and Community Services. The YES! Youth Engagement Services External Agency Funds programs are administered by the Office of Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods.

Creating opportunities for youth to re-engage with education and improve educational outcomes.
