- Substance use, misuse, and/or abuse education
- Substance use, misuse, and/or abuse services
- Transitional facilities for people fleeing or recovering from abuse
- Transportation access during non-traditional transit hours

- They anticipate $214,400 to be available for community funding grants in the FY23 budget.

- Disconnected youth, or youth who are not employed or in school,
- Families with children,

- People experiencing or recovering from abuse
- People experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, including “doubled-up” families
- People who are elderly, or have disabilities, and live on low fixed-incomes
- People with limited financial literacy
- People with mental health concerns
- People with substance misuse or abuse challenges
Eligibility Criteria
Non-profits that provide human or social services to benefit Goodyear residents. The services provided should not be duplicated by the city or another service provider. Agencies should be able to track the number of Goodyear residents served.
