The requesting organization must already offer or be working toward delivery of pandemic-response programs or services for underrepresented or underserved communities in Solano County. Further, centering equity in pandemic-response grants awarded is essential to mitigating the inequities which have been exacerbated by COVID and its ongoing impact. Grants from this Fund will be made to support and strengthen nonprofits serving Solano County residents by:
- Enhancing capacity to serve BIPOC communities and organizations in Solano County.
- Supporting collaborations and networking of organizations with a focus on equity.

Eligibility Criteria
This fund will provide grants to nonprofits and faith-based organizations (with a 501c3 determination letter) to help address the persistent growth in social safety net needs of the most vulnerable; to adapt and respond to new needs facing communities due to COVID.
