The Oklahoma City Community Foundation is seeking Letters of Intent for its 2024 Access to Health Care iFund program to support organizations that provide basic and preventative health care to those who would not otherwise have access to such services due to economic, social, or geographic reasons.

Details:
The populations to be served should be uninsured or medically underserved individuals who are not eligible for state and/or federally-funded programs.
Eligible programs include:
- Health care services: Projects that provide primary, diagnostic, or preventative services. This would include medical, dental, mental health, and prescription drug treatments.
- Early detection services: Projects that provide screening and evaluation services for early detection or prevention of chronic medical conditions.
- Services for patients with Parkinson’s Disease: Projects that provide therapeutic services for patients with Parkinson’s Disease or severe arthritic conditions.
- Hospice. Projects that provide palliative care services or social model hospice to those who would not otherwise have access.
Preference will be given to:
- Projects that leverage resources and demonstrate collaboration between two or more organizations.
- Projects with proven success or those most likely to achieve the goals of the program with an identified population.

Grants may be awarded in the range of $5,000 – $40,000.

Eligibility Criteria
- Projects must provide direct health care services in central Oklahoma
- The applicant organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
- The applicant organization must be able to provide at least three years of financial statements.
- Organizations must have a governing board located in central Oklahoma.
- Grants will not be made to individuals or private foundations.
- Organizations may submit a letter of interest or application for no more than one project during a single grant cycle.
