The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) is now accepting applications for prior year and current fiscal year 2022 funds for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), HOME Community Housing Development Organization (HOME-CHDO), CDBG Cares Act (CDBG-CV), and Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) for eligible capital projects, affordable housing projects, tenant based rental assistance, supportive services, rapid rehousing, homeless support services, fair housing, non-congregate shelter, and economic development activities.

The aim of the grant is to provide fund for nonprofits and governmental jurisdictions to support programs and activities that benefit lower-income households. CDBG-CV projects must also be used to prevent, prepare for, or respond to Coronavirus.
