Service Period
Unless otherwise noted, successful proposals are expected to be funded for up to six (6) years, concluding no later than June 2030. Grants are expected to begin April 2024 or later. Grants may be negotiated for shorter or longer terms, and funding awards will be adjusted commensurate with the adjusted service period. In some cases, the City may offer initial grant terms that align with the eligible term of this RFP, or extend programming through fiscal year 2029-2030.
Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Are a nonprofit 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), or 501(c)(6) organization, registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and in good standing with State of California’s Registry of Charitable Trusts and the California Secretary of State (SOS), the Franchise Tax Board, and eligible to do business with the City and County of San Francisco.
- Are not debarred or suspended from participation in local, State or Federal programs;
- Meet all minimum qualifications. Failure to satisfy the minimum qualifications will eliminate the applicant from further consideration;
- Can comply with all local, state or federal laws and regulations if funded.
