Funding Information
There is $40,000,000 available for the WS Program for the Grant Subaward performance period.
Individual allocations are as follows:
- County of Merced: $20,000,000

Project Period
The Grant Subaward performance period is July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.
Allowable Activities
Assistance shall be available for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Direct relief;
- Home inspections;
- Remediation, repairs, and retrofits;
- Rental assistance;
- Vehicle replacement assistance;
- Infrastructure repairs, upgrades, and development; and,
- Community outreach.
Eligibility Criteria
Merced and Monterey counties are the only eligible Applicants.
