The purpose of the SP Program is to assure the safety and protection of children by supporting professional providers who supervise visitation of children with a noncustodial party where there is a history or allegations of domestic violence, child abuse or neglect, or sexual abuse.

- There is $2,622,788 available for the Program for the Grant Subaward performance period.
- Applicants may apply for up to $201,000, for the 12-month Grant Subaward performance period.
Performance Period
The Grant Subaward performance period is May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a local public agency or nonprofit entity that is a subcontractor of a court for the purposes of supervised visitation and that satisfy the Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation.
