The goal of this solicitation is to expand the adoption of data-driven, problem-solving approaches by local justice and service provider entities to strengthen the response to the challenges of safety and justice in the United States and spur long-term organizational transformation.
Objectives
This solicitation is designed to support research partnerships to act as catalysts for justice agencies and service entities to embrace the use of data-driven, problem-solving approaches to the challenges of safety and justice in the United States. This will be accomplished not only through the direct impact of the partnerships on the partnering justice agencies and service entities, but also through the robust, wide dissemination of the knowledge gained through these partnerships to the practice community via NIJ.
