The goal of the Recovery Hub Grant program is to provide financial assistance to small businesses that were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic but received little or no government assistance up to this point.

Eligible applicants may be awarded from $2,500 up to $20,000.

Eligible expenditures will vary to a degree based on the restrictions of individual business cases and contracts. That said, there are some general guidelines that can be followed. Below is a non-exhaustive list of qualified expenditures.
Eligibility Criteria
Please review the basic eligibility criteria before completing this intake form. Not meeting any one of the criteria disqualifies a business from being eligible.
- Your business must be in Androscoggin, Franklin or Oxford County (Not including Brownfield, Denmark, Fryeburg, Hiram, Porter, Lovell, Stoneham, Stow, or Sweden.)
- Your business must have begun after January 1, 2020, and before May 11, 2023.
- Your business experienced a loss or increased expenses due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
- Your business has 50 or less employees.
- You are able to demonstrate negative impacts due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
- Your business has not previously received substantial COVID-19 assistance relief funds.
