This NOFA only applies to rental properties located within the City of St. Louis.
The City of St. Louis received an allocation of State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds (SLFRF). CDA is administering a portion of these for the City in an effort to expand the supply of quality affordable rental housing and to stabilize City neighborhoods through the remediation of blighted areas.
SLFRF Funds may be utilized to assist with the cost of repairs and updates of vacant rental units for the preservation of affordable rental housing in the City of St. Louis.

The CDA Spring 2024 NOFA hereby solicits applications for the rehabilitation of vacant affordable rental units: CDA intends to award up to $2,500,000 in State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds.
Eligible Activities
SLFRF funds may be used to repair, maintain or update vacant affordable rental housing units. CDA will offer financial assistance up to $50,000 per unit to return vacant rental units to quality affordable housing.
Eligible Applicants
Not-for-profit developers and Community Development Corporations that that own a portfolio of rental property are eligible to apply.
