The overarching objective of these small grants is to empower residents to collaborate and enhance their communities by leveraging their skills, experiences and expertise to uplift community health, education, and economic opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit organizations with current 501(c)(3) status: Organizations must be an active 501(c)3 public charity, private operating foundation, or religious institution, or have a formal agreement with a Fiscal Agent that is a 501(c)3 in order to be eligible.
- Organization size must have an annual operating budget under $150,000. Volunteer led organizations will be prioritized.
- Organizations and programs that work within predominantly Black neighborhoods in Jacksonville (Duval County) with a priority for the following zip codes: 32202, 32204, 32206, 32208, 32209, 32218, and 32254
- Your work/project must focus on health, education and economic opportunity
