The Cycle #1: Open Call for Artists is composed of two parts— Part A requests that all interested artists submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOIs), which will be used to create a short-list of the highest ranked artists; and Part B Proposals, will be inviting those short-listed artists to submit proposals. While Part A Letter of Inquiry is open to all interested parties, Part B Proposal is limited to a maximum of 10 proposals for Cultural Arts Commission consideration.

The Open Call for Artists grants can range from $1,000 – $100,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Open Call for Artists is for artists of all ages living anywhere and any non-profit organization located anywhere interested in producing public art in the City of Pomona. However, there will be a preference for local artists and non-profits.
- Applicants who have received more than $100,000.00 from the AIPP fund will need to wait one cycle from the end of their contract completion date to apply for another project.
