The Restore, Reinvest and Renew (R3) program will aim to reduce gun violence through intervention and prevention, to improve re-entry and diversion services for people involved with the criminal justice system, and to support programs that improve the social determinants of health.
This Service Delivery opportunity provides funds for organizations to provide services in their communities. Services must align with the R3 Program Priorities of Civil Legal Aid, Economic Development, Reentry, Violence Prevention, and Youth Development.

Eligible Applicants Government Organizations, Education Organizations, Nonprofit Organizations.
Additional Eligibility Information
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, local units of government, local for-profit businesses, community and neighborhood organizations, faith-based organizations. Before receiving any grant, all entities must be registered and pre-qualified through the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) Grantee Portal. Registration and pre-qualification are required annually each state fiscal year. The Grantee Portal will either indicate a “qualified” status or inform on how to remediate a negative verification (e.g., inactive DUNS, not in good standing with the Secretary of State).
