The City is seeking applications for CDBG and ESG funding from applicants (City and non-profit agencies) who are capable of providing eligible public service and/or capital improvement activities that will help the City meets the needs of its community and achieve the goals and objectives.
Eligible activities for CDBG must meet one of the following national objectives
- principally benefit low- and/or moderate-income persons
- eliminate slums and blight or
- meet an urgent need.
Funding Period
The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) covers a one-year period for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) activities that will begin July 1, 2022, and end June 30, 2023.
