Guidelines
- This long-term recovery grant process seeks to identify Little Rock residents who have unmet needs associated with the March 31 tornado that are creating barriers to resuming a normal life.
- Unmet needs may include, but are not limited to, Primary Dwelling, Lost wages, Transportation, Health/Injury, Food, Furnishings, etc.
- Grant amounts will vary depending on total dollars available and the prioritization of unmet needs by volunteer citizen review panels.
- All applicants must meet and provide evidence of the following requirements:
- MUST be a resident of the City of Little Rock
- Must have sustained impact as a result of the March 31 tornado
- Must upload the following documents that are required and will be used to verify financial and housing status:
- A form of identification (driver’s license, state ID, bill, etc.) that shows proof of residency at permanent address
- Homeownership/Proof of Residency documents (mortgage statement, deed and or title, or lease agreement)
- Documentation of Insurance status, awarded amount or denial of claim
- FEMA/SBA award letters or denials
