As part of the COVID-19 recovery process, they will assist communities with financial and capital needs through flexible grant products with the intention of creating quality child care solutions. Better lives are built when their children are provided quality care and the educational opportunities they need for age-appropriate development.

This is a competitive process and proposals must be created with the intent of creating quality child care solutions and/or building capacity for the applicant’s community.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible entities are a local government unit or nonprofit organization serving the following: Beltrami County, Clearwater County, Hubbard County, Kittson County, Lake of the Woods County, Mahnomen County, Marshall County, Norman County, Pennington County, Polk County, Red Lake County, Red Lake Nation, Roseau County, and White Earth Nation.
