The grants support organizations launching, expanding, or improving services. Priority is given to programs serving vulnerable populations and addressing unmet community needs.
Priorities for Program Support Grants include (but are not limited to) these Focus Areas:
- Programs Addressing Food Insecurity and Other Basic Needs (Hunger, Clothing, and other basic items)
- Improving the Quality of Life for Aging Adults (direct support for aging adults, or caregiver support)
- Improving the Quality of Life in Putnam County with a special focus on basic needs, children/youth and veterans
- Improving services for Young Children (birth-Pre-school) and their caregivers/parents
- Projects addressing large unmet community need (priority for collaborative efforts and projects that leverage other funding)

Funding Information
Program Support Grants may be requested up to $25,000 (either a one or two-year grant). The total for a two-year request cannot exceed $25,000
Grant Duration
Grant projects must occur between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2024. Each organization may only submit one project for consideration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits with current 501c3 status, and a 2-year work history
- Organizations located in and serving at least one of these counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Putnam, Nassau, St. Johns
