- Innosphere’s year-long leading incubation program for entrepreneurs
- Annual Membership in Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA) for one year
- CBSA’s resources and programming that includes access to more than 30 Education + Networking opportunities each year, such as: Rocky Mountain Life Sciences Investor & Partnering Conference; BioBoot Camp, networking events and more

- Early stage – company is pre-revenue or product is pre-MVP.
- Located in Colorado
- Launching a medical device, digital health, diagnostic, biotech, pharma, or translational medicine company (this is covered in biotech?)
- Seeking expert help in driving their life sciences innovation to market.
- Seeking to be a part of a collaborative environment and supportive business climate for life sciences innovation
