Eligible Entities

  • A small business or small non-profit organization must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible to receive a grant award:
  • Based in the City of Norco per active registration with the California Secretary of State
  • Operate with principal business in the City of Norco
  • Possess an active City of Norco business license or other relevant permit
  • Employ no more than 25 employees
  • Have been in operation since June 1, 2019
  • Must be impacted by COVID-19 and the related health and safety restrictions, such as business interruptions, lost revenue or business closures incurred as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Required Documentation

For an application to be considered, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Completed and Signed Application Form and any certifications thereto
  • Copy of Driver’s License or State-Issued ID Card
  • Copy of Valid Norco Business License/Permit
  • Copy of Official Documentation Verifying Authorization to sign on behalf of the business enterprise or non-profit
  • Copy of Secretary of State’s Registration Certificate
  • Documentation demonstrating negative economic impact (Copy of Profit & Loss Statement and/or Business
  • Tax Return from previous two (2) years)
  • Notarized statement demonstrating negative economic impact
  • IRS Form W-9
