Yakima Valley Community Foundation’s 2022 Grant Round is focused on capacity building for the following types of organizations:
- Health Equity: non-profit organizations providing direct services to improve health care access and coverage. (Health Care access includes mental and/or behavioral health.)
- Immigrant and Refugee Assistance: non-profit organizations providing direct funding and support to families and students for social assistance, education, immigration, and legal services.
For the 2022 Annual Grant Round, the Foundation is focused on two approaches to capacity building:
- general operations (which support existing program or operating costs), and
- organizational development (which strengthens the organization’s programs, leadership, and/or infrastructure)
Funding Information
Organizations may apply for up to $25,000 for a one-year grant. The total funding available for this grant round is $250,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must either be a 501(c) organization, school or government entity or tribe, or they must have a fiscal sponsor that qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
