As TLM Fellows, educators will participate in a two-year school design and leadership program. The experience will build their leadership capacity and instructional expertise so that they can become innovative leaders and change agents in their schools and communities. Fellows will be supported in leveraging their strengths, building a community of thought partners, and preparing for the next step of their personal leadership pathway. Fellows will engage in powerful learning experiences focused on providing:
- A deep focus on instructional and student-centered leadership
- Personalized pathways
- Hands-on learning
- A diverse, intimate learning cohort
- Layered support structures

- Earn a stipend of $20,000 over two years (in addition to your current salary)
Eligibility Criteria
- They are currently looking for current middle or high school educators:
- With a desire to explore high school leadership and develop school design skills.
- Committed to equity, student-centered culture, and serving all students.
- With a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3-4 years teaching experience; preferably some teacher leader experience (grade level or department chair, Professional Learning Community leader, project lead, etc.); current administrator looking to take on school leadership also welcome. With a deep belief and investment in reimagining high school.
- Who reflect the diverse population of the students in Massachusetts.
