Priority will be given to organizations:
- where leadership (executive staff and board) is comprised of at least 50% BIPOC.
- with organizational mission and goals focused on elevating and increasing equity for BIPOC.
- aligning with this initiative’s mission to fight for the health, education, financial stability, and basic needs of a clientele population that’s at least 75% BIPOC.

- Applicants must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit located within the eight-county service area of UWP (Sedgwick, Harvey, Butler, Cowley, Sumner, Harper, Kingman, and Reno counties).
