Priority is given to programs serving vulnerable populations and addressing unmet community needs.
Priorities for Program Support Grants include (but are not limited to) these Focus Areas:
- Projects addressing broad unmet community need with focus on supporting collaborative efforts and projects that leverage other funding (Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties)
- Improving the quality of life for Aging Adults with a focus on direct support for aging adults or caregiver support (Duval county only)
- Improving services for Young Children (birth to preschool)with a focus on early learning centers and caregiver/parent support to better meet their needs (Duval county only)
Funding Information
- Program Support Grants may be requested up to $25,000 (either a one or two-year grant). The total for a two-year request cannot exceed $25,000. Note: due to limited funds, only a select number of organizations will receive the maximum grant award.
- Grant projects must occur between October 1, 2023 and must conclude by December 31, 2025
Eligibility for Nonprofit Organizations:
- Active 501(c)(3) status, and a 2-year work history
- Located in and serving at least one of these counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, St. Johns
- Annual operating budget of $100,000 or above
