Eligibility Criteria

- Arts as the primary mission.
- Organizations may apply to receive up to 5% of their most recently completed fiscal year’s total operating budget, but no more than $5000. Most organizations will not receive the maximum amount of funding.
- Majority of activity takes place in Bloomington, Indiana.
