Funding priorities include programs that focus on:
- Addressing healthcare disparities for end-of-life and hospice care
- Palliative care is inclusive to non-English speaking families and those in rural communities
- Support services for in-home and/or family caregivers
- Expansion of grief and bereavement services

Eligibility Criteria
Applications will only be accepted from non-profit agencies that meet the following criteria:
- Services must be focused on the end of life: hospice, palliative care, bereavement/grief, end-of-life preparedness, and/or support services for families of patients with a life-limiting illness
- Must be a 501c3 registered non-profit
- Programs serve residents of Monterey and/or San Benito counties in California
