Guidelines
- Preference is given to groups serving diverse and underrepresented portions of the community as well as groups who will provide a substantial in-kind contribution to the event(s) through volunteer support, and/or donation of complimentary goods & services such as publicity, promotion, use of equipment, and refreshments.
- Eligible activities include music, dance, literary arts, fine arts, crafts, film, and theatre arts.
- Clubs and organizations, rather than individuals, are eligible to apply for one mini-grant per year (July 1 – June 30) with the exception of a new program that has not received any PAC funding in the past. It is not mandatory for the organization to be registered as a non-profit.
- Grants given are up to $500.
- Organizations will be required to track and report the diversity of participants and attendees as well as how the event advances racial equity, diversity, and inclusion of the most vulnerable.
