The City of Irving (the City) is committed to making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring for its residents. As such, we work closely with the Dallas City & County/Irving Continuum of Care (CoC), provider organizations, supportive housing developers, and funders to provide a broad array of housing opportunities intended to prevent and end homelessness for households in need.
Qualified non-profit homeless service providers organizations are encouraged to apply for funding.
