At-Risk Youth Grants are aimed at providing essential support and resources to those entities working to uplift and empower the young people in their communities who need it most.
The Elm Acres Foundation exists to provide support to at-risk youth in Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette Counties in Southeast Kansas, including by supporting any entities that provide services for at-risk youth, that support has included grants awarded through a competitive-grant process hosted by the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Foundation encourage all eligible organizations with projects serving at-risk youth in Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette Counties to apply.
- To be considered for the Elm Acres Foundation grants, organizations must be a 501(c) (3) public charity, a church or religious institution, a school, or a government agency. Organizations that don’t satisfy this requirement may still be eligible if they partner with a fiscal sponsor that does.
