Who is this money for?
These Mini-Grants are specifically for members of the Black LGBTQIA+ Community.
Why is this happening?
Historically, the voices of Black San Francisco neighborhoods, and especially Black LGBTQIA+ sub-communities have been minimized and marginalized for forever. This funding allows the community to continue to affirm its own legacies; For Their People, By Their People.
How is this possible?
They have been blessed to receive the funding for this program from the Dream Keeper’s Initiative along with The SF Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) in order to bring real opportunities for change back into community!
