Goals
- Support arts organizations offering arts programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Priorities
The Oklahoma Arts Council has the following priorities for investment:
- Organizations that are located in and/or primarily serve geographically isolated and/or socioeconomically underresourced communities
- Organizations that represent, serve, and/or have missions that focus on providing quality arts access and arts experiences to their communities
- Organizations must demonstrate high artistic quality and artistic merit through their programs

Budget range with maximum award
- $5 million and above = up to $14,000
- $1 million to $4,999,999 = up to $12,000
- $500,000 to $999,999 = up to $10,000
- $250,000 to $499,999 = up to $8,000
- $100,000 to $249,999 = up to $6,000
- $75,000 to $99,999 = up to $4,000
- $25,000 to $74,999 = up to $2,000
- $10,000 to $24,999 = up to $1,000
Allowable Expenses
- Salary support, full or partial, for one or more staff positions
- Fees and stipends for artists and/or contractual personnel to support the services they provide for specific activities
- Facilities costs such as rent and utilities
- Costs associated with health and safety supplies for staff and/or visitors/audiences (e.g., personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, etc.)
- Marketing and promotional costs
Eligibility Criteria
- Arts-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations incorporated in the State of Oklahoma as a Domestic Not for Profit Corporation
- In good standing with the IRS (Organizations that have had their IRS status revoked are not eligible for Oklahoma Arts Council grant support. It is the organization’s responsibility to ensure that its status is current at the time of the application and throughout the life of the award.)
- In good standing with the State of Oklahoma
- Registered with a UEI/DUNS number and eligible to receive federal support (organizations cannot be listed under the SAM Exclusions federal debarred or suspended list)
- Organizations must directly offer arts programming to their community
