The Miller Foundation is committed to investing their resources to give children living within these high-need neighborhoods the opportunity to flourish, develop, and reach their full potential. Foundation funding will be primarily directed to programs that address issues within our three focused program areas that impact children in these identified vulnerable neighborhoods of greater Long Beach.

Funding Information
The Foundation project the ability to award annual grants in the amount of $25,000 each maximum to approximately 40 applicants this cycle.
Grant Period
Due to limited available funding, the Foundation will only consider one-year requests for support.
Eligibility Criteria
The Foundation invites applications from nonprofits, agencies or organizations who serve in at least one of their three focus areas and fall into one of the categories below:
- Nonprofit organizations that are tax exempt under IRS Section 501(c)3
- Community groups that have a 501(c)3 organization serving as their fiscal sponsor
- Government agencies (e.g., city department, public school) that are able to provide proof of status as a government entity
