The Jackson County Community Foundation (JCCF) Fund was created to give back, inspire pride, and promote development in Jackson County now and for future generations.
The goals of JCCF are to help Jackson County residents give locally, ensuring Jackson County resources benefit the community and citizens of Jackson County. JCCF also aims to make a lasting difference through the power of endowment.
Grants will be awarded across five areas essential to creating and sustaining transformative change: arts and culture, community and economic development, education, environmental stewardship, and health and human services. Emphasis is on supporting community members of all ages who are spearheading projects that create opportunities, meet pressing needs, and unleash the potential within Jackson County. Applications for youth-led projects are encouraged as well.

Awards are anticipated to range from $500 to $4,500. Requests above this range may be considered based on potential impact.
Criteria
Nonprofit and public organizations are eligible for this grant opportunity. Nonprofit organizations include 501(c) organizations under the Internal Revenue Code. Organizations other than 501(c)(3) may be asked to confirm the charitable purpose of the proposed activity. Public organizations include public school districts, government subdivisions like municipalities, and other entities that are audited through the Auditor of State.
