The Last Mile Education Fund invests in degree completion for low-income undergraduate women pursuing degrees in computing fields. Emergency Funding which is rapid-response funding designed to help students overcome short-term obstacles to their academic progress.
Funding Information
Awards are limited to one $599 award per student per calendar year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Identify as women or non-binary.
- Demonstrate low-income status, ineligibility for US Federal student aid, or evidence of financial need.
- Currently in pursuit of an undergraduate computing-related degree at an accredited 2 or 4-year institution of higher education in the U.S. Eligible degrees are detailed in the application.
- Are within 4 semesters of degree completion (Juniors and Seniors).
- Currently located in the United States.
- Experiencing a financial obstacle that is a threat to continued progress towards your computing degree.
- Members of Affiliate Partner organizations and alumnae of computing talent pipeline programs and groups are encouraged to apply.
