The purpose of the DF Program is to provide funding for physical facility and digital security enhancements to health care facilities providing abortion-related services and reproductive health care services throughout California that may be the target of violence and vandalism.

- September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, Applicants must:
- be a currently licensed community health center, tribal health program, a non-profit hospital that is not part of a large health system or hospital system; or a nonprofit organization whose membership consists of the above licensed facilities;
- be located in California; and
- provide abortion-related services (or referrals to abortion-related services) and reproductive health care services
