The grant period will extend exactly one year from the date of grant agreement execution.
Eligibility Criteria
The City of O’Fallon Non-Profit Resiliency Grant Program is designed to support organizations, programs, and activities that specifically benefit City of O’Fallon residents. Organizations eligible to apply include non-profits that are corporations, associations, agencies, or organizations that have a 501 (c)(3) non-profit status under the Internal Revenue Service Code. For profit entities and individuals are not eligible. Eligible organizations shall meet the requirements below:
- Serve City of O’Fallon residents
- Be in good standing with the Missouri Secretary of State
- Have an organized board or governing body
Organizations that received local, state, and/pr federal funding assistance such as, but not limited to, Federal CARES Act funding Paycheck Protection Program Loans, and Community Development Block Grant funding, are eligible to apply for this funding, so long as expenses are not duplicated. Please provide a disclosure of any other related funding your organization has received.
Eligible Costs
- Funding for new programs designed to serve low-to moderate-incomes O’Fallon residents in ways including, but not limited to, food assistance, counseling, legal aid, behavioral emergency assistance, increased mental health and substance abuse response, response to increase in violence, internet access, digital literacy, job training, and childhood welfare.
- Expanded funding for existing programs designed to serve low-to moderate-incomed O’Fallon residents in ways including, but not limited to, food assistance, counseling, behavioral emergency assistance, increased mental health and substance abuse response, response to increase in violence, internet access, digital literacy, job training, response to increase in violence.
- Funding for new or existing programs designed to address childhood health or welfare, including childcare, early learning services, programs to provide home visits and services for families involved in the child welfare system and foster youth; programs to address the impacts of lost instructional time for students; and programs or services that address housing insecurity, lack of affordable housing, or homelessness.
- Operating cost expenses related to the organization’s response to serve eligible O’Fallon residents due the public health emergency and/or negative economic impacts of the pandemic.
- Certain Capital Improvements.
- Other projects/programs that meet O’Fallon’s rules and guidelines.
