The purpose of this subgrant is to meaningfully engage stakeholders in local climate action planning by collecting community feedback, understanding community priorities, and to engage community members, especially low-income, disadvantaged communities (LIDAC) around clean energy and climate change. This input will support the development of a federally-funded Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) for the District to benefit local communities.
