- The Texas Bar Foundation will award over $1,200,000 this bar year to nonprofit organizations conducting programs that fit the Foundation’s mission.
- A total of $1,218,841 in grants was awarded to 88 organizations during the 2021– 2022 grant cycle. Since inception, more than $22 million in grants has been awarded to charitable organizations across Texas.
Eligibility Criteria
The Texas Bar Foundation does not make grants to individuals, only to 501(c)3 organizations as designated by the Internal Revenue Service or affiliates of the State Bar of Texas. All grant decisions are made by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. The Board reserves the right to defer any application to a later grant cycle.
