ESG and LMIHAF Funds
Please note that the process for the award of ESG and LMIHAF funds recently changed and is awarded through this application and NOFA process (formerly the Continuum of Care). Community based organizations that provide homelessness related supportive services including shelter and rapid rehousing are strongly encouraged to apply for these funds.
CDBG-CV Funds
Community based organizations that provide homelessness related supportive services including non-congregate shelter and rapid rehousing are strongly encouraged to apply for these funds. These funds must be used by activities that prevent, prepare for, or respond to the spread of COVID-19. Most homelessness related supportive services can meet this requirements, as homeless populations are generally presumed to be at high risk for the spread of COVID-19.
