Eligibility Criteria
Graduating high school seniors who attend a high school located in the following counties in Illinois, Indiana, or Kentucky who have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (4.0 scale) planning to attend an accredited college or university.
Supplemental Requirements
- Essay: Statement of Aspirations and Educational Goals (not to exceed two typewritten, double-spaced pages)
- Two letters of recommendation – one from a teacher and the other from someone who is not related to the applicant and is not a school official or Community Foundation Alliance Board or County Advisory Board member
- Completion of the FAFSA
- Official grade transcript.
