The purpose of this funding is to ensure continuity of care in the communities and populations currently served by the Health Center Program.
Objectives
- Improve the health of underserved populations, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness, migratory and seasonal agricultural workers, and residents of public housing by delivering comprehensive, culturally competent, high-quality primary health care and supportive services.
- Provide services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
Funding Information
- HRSA estimates that $274,773,800 will be available to fund 71 recipients.
- The period of performance is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028. You may receive funding for up to 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria
Your organization must be a private, non-profit entity or public agency in the United States or its territories. Tribes, tribal, or community-based organizations may apply.
