This fund will use an advisory committee made up of staff from Water-Right and Clean Water Center to review requests and recommend thoughtful grants.
Generally, the Fund will not support individual schools, churches or religious organizations, with the exception of affiliated programs or separate entities, providing those programs encourage participation from and benefit the public at large. Additionally, the program or cause must be a 501(c)(3) public charity to be considered.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration of financial support, nonprofit organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Be deemed a 501(c)(3) public charity, as defined by the IRS.
- Reside in or serve residents from Green Bay to Oshkosh, with an emphasis on the Fox Valley Region.
- Be willing to provide financials, if requested.
What cannot be Funded
- Individual schools, church/religious organizations. (The exception would be affiliated programs or separate entities, providing those programs encourage participation from and benefit the public at large.)
- Event or sports team sponsorships
- Operational expenses
- Political, religious, or controversial organizations
- “Nest eggs” for future funding use
- Conferences
