Process
The Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation (VBRF) grant process for nonprofits is reviewed once a year. Each year they open applications for consideration for the fiscal year. All organizations on their contact list will be notified via email when the grant applications are available. Applying for a grant or sponsorship does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded.

Eligibility Criteria
The Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation supports nonprofit organizations that: Support the local community in Eagle County. They want to support all non-profit organizations in our community, but funding is limited and determined by the following criteria.
- Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, as defined by the IRS.
- Funds must remain in Eagle County and benefit the local community.
- Grants and sponsorships should align with their mission statement: “To assist the community and association members with need-based financial assistance, not-for-profit support, education, and disaster relief.”

- Show evidence of a demonstrated commitment to the VBR Foundation’s strategic objectives;
- Supporting the local community in Eagle County;
- Promote educational programs;
- Provide disaster relief assistance at the local, state, or federal level;
- Housing-related programs.

- All donation requests will be reviewed by the VBR Foundation Board of Directors and are based on available funds.
