To qualify for consideration, funding requests/organizations should meet the following qualifications:
- Awards are one-time grants for use to start or expand a project or program
- The Organization can provide financial statements including audited statements for revenues over $500,000; reviewed statements over $250,000; compiled statements prepared by a CPA over $100,000; internally produced statements under $100,000.
- Requests for events or other sponsorship, general operating support, or multi-year projects will not be considered
- The organization can provide financial statements
- The organization is under the direction of a voluntary, policy-making Board of Directors
- The organization operates in compliance with the USA Patriot Act, Federal Non-Discrimination Standards and does not discriminate based on race or ethnicity, religion, military or veteran status, disability, gender, age or sexual orientation
Eligibility Criteria
- The Organization is a nonprofit corporation with tax-exempt status as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- The Organization operates within PCF’s service area of southeast Georgia and South Carolina.
