Applications are open for the Albert N. and Hattie M. McClure Fund to support the emergency bricks & mortar projects (i.e., repairs, replacements, etc.) of eligible United Way partner agencies in Southeast Louisiana.
Donor Name: Greater New Orleans Foundation
State: Louisiana
Type of Grant: Grant
Deadline: Ongoing
Size of the Grant: Up to $15,000
Details:
The McClure Fund supports the emergency bricks & mortar projects (e.g., repairs, replacements, and additions to facilities) of eligible United Way partner agencies in the Greater New Orleans Foundation’s thirteen parish service areas in Southeast Louisiana (Assumption, Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, and Washington parishes)
The intent of the McClure Fund is to fill the funding gap between major capital expenses requiring a capital fund drive and minor capital needs which can be planned for and included in an agency’s annual operating budget. Because of the limited nature of these funds, priority consideration will be given to those requests that are capital, in nature, and respond to a crisis and/or emergency.
Funding Information
- Up to $15,000.00
- The McClure Fund does not typically fund 100% of a project.
