Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Arizona 501(c)(3) organization, government agency, school, university, municipality, or tribal entity
- Religious organizations may apply for funding of non-sectarian initiatives.
- Organizations without 501(c)(3) status must use a fiscal agent to apply on their behalf
- Organizations must be in good standing with the IRS at the time of application review
- Projects must serve populations within northern Arizona

- Funding is prioritized on projects requesting $50,000 and above
- Meritorious projects requesting less than $50,000 may be considered
- Project is not a continuation of an existing program or project
- One application per each qualified organization will be accepted
- Organization must maintain an active non-discrimination policy
- Applications using acronyms will not be considered
